Just a warm-up sketch of Erna, since I’m about to go into full Psychopomp mode. I finally decided to try some recommended brushes by users in SAI, and I’m really enjoying the acrylic one. ♥

Just to further broadcast the fact, at the moment Amazon is offering the “Apéritif” episode of Hannibal for free on Amazon Instant Video (in HD to boot). Hulu can only show five episodes at one time, and NBC has already pulled “Apéritif” from their menu, so this is a way for those wanting to watch the show from the beginning to do so!

All the yellow will be zinnia, and I seriously have no time for anything more than this at the moment. So many exciting projects! I’d like to come back to this and get a better likeness, too.

I think I have the look of these two down for the illos I have sketched out for Psychopomp v.2.

Irises for messages, narcissus for egotism (supposed flower that snared Persephone/possible flower of Hades), and pomegranates for foolishness.

Shelving my tablet for a bit until I get further along on other projects. (By the way, if those of you I am doing digital art trades with want WIPs, send me a message, because I do have sketches for them!) 

I realized it is very important to sketch ideas down and file them away for later instead of forgetting them. This will have to wait until May, though, there’s work to be done.

Lastlabyrinth and I watched Rise of the Guardians yesterday! I really enjoyed it, and Toothania and her little helpers were pretty adorable. ♥
